Three separate competitions will run. Please see below for general terms, followed by specific terms for each competition.
General Terms & Conditions (Applicable to All Competitions)
- One winner will be selected at random for each competition after the respective competition deadline. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be counted.
- Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoters, their contractors, family members, or anyone directly connected with the organisation or its brands and concessions are not eligible to enter.
- Winners must provide a valid email address and contact phone number upon notification. Further instructions on claiming the prize will be provided at that time. If a winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- The Promoters may specify additional terms or expiry dates for prizes, where applicable.
- The Promoters reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, in whole or in part.
- The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entries deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Promoters’ decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering, participants consent to the Promoters collecting, storing, and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition. Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws and will not be used for marketing purposes without prior consent.
- To obtain the name of the winner, send a stamped addressed envelope and covering letter to: London Heritage Quarter, 54 Wilton Road, London SW1V 1DE, after the promotion ends.
- The Promoters are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries due to technical issues including, but not limited to, network or system failures.
- Winners may be asked to participate in publicity activities without further compensation. For example, providing a photo, testimonial, or appearing in media content.
- The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion without notice in the event of circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Instagram Competition
- The prize is: meal for 2 on the terrace- Value will be £75 PP. Valid Sunday-Friday.
- To participate in this competition, users must (1) follow @LondonHeritageQuarter and @theroyalhorseguardshotel, (2) like the post published by @LondonHeritageQuarter on 3 June, (3) Tag a friend in the comments.
- This competition will run on Instagram only, from 3 June to 4pm on 9 June 2025.

LHQ Hub App Competition
- The prize is: meal for 2 on the terrace- Value will be £75 PP. Valid Sunday-Friday.
- To participate in this competition, users must: (1) Download and create an account on the LHQ Hub App, (2) Enter the competition by clicking “More” then “Competitions” and pressing the “Enter Now” button.
- This competition runs from 00:00 on 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2025.
The Network Mailing List Competition
- The prize is: party package on the terrace for 10 PAX – Prize will be a party package for up to 10 people on our terrace which includes 2 drinks pp and canapes for 10 people. Valid Monday-Friday.
- To participate in this competition, complete the Google Form linked in The Network email sent by London Heritage Quarter on 3 June 2025.
- Entries must be submitted before 23:59 on 30 June 2025.
