What are Pollinator Pathways and why do they matter?
Pollinator Pathways are connected networks of green, flower-rich planting designed to help bees, butterflies, hoverflies and other pollinators move safely through the city. By linking up small pockets of greenery such as window boxes, street trees, planters and gardens, we can turn fragmented urban spaces into living corridors that support biodiversity.
Further to supporting wildlife, Pollinator Pathways also help improve air quality and soften hard streetscapes. Small interventions, when connected, create a much bigger ecological impact.
