ActionFunder and London Heritage Quarter

Since 2022, London Heritage Quarter has partnered with ActionFunder to invest in community-led projects that make a lasting difference across Westminster.

ActionFunder’s crowdfunding platform connects charities, community groups and social enterprises with funding to deliver projects that address local priorities, including education and employment, mental health and wellbeing, poverty and homelessness, sustainable communities, neighbourhood improvement, and climate and nature.

Through this partnership, London Heritage Quarter has supported 32 community projects, helping to positively impact more than 13,000 people across the local area.

ActionFunder’s Impact

ActionFunder has transformed the way social impact projects receive support, bridging the gap between passionate changemakers and the resources they need to thrive. By simplifying funding access and connecting initiatives with a network of donors and collaborators, it empowers communities to tackle pressing challenges more effectively. The platform’s impact goes beyond financial support: ActionFunder fosters innovation, accountability and visibility for projects that might otherwise go unnoticed, making meaningful change not just possible, but sustainable.

London Heritage Quarter and ActionFunder

In 2024, London Heritage Quarter contributed £40,000 to ActionFunder, allocating resources to initiatives focused on education, wellbeing and local business development.
