What action will you take? This year, Mental Health Awareness Week encourages us all to Take Action to support good mental health. Take action for yourself, for someone else and for all of us: even the smallest steps can help us feel more hopeful and in control.

London Heritage Quarter will be marking the occasion with a series of events, while local businesses will also be getting involved with limited-time offers.

Mental Health Awareness Week Activities & Offers in London

  • Free karaoke at BAM Karaoke Box – Sing away the blues with a FREE karaoke session! Kicking off Mental Health Awareness Week on Monday 11 May between 12pm and 8pm.
  • CALM x Hotpod Yoga Belgravia Flow Class Pass – Pay just £10 to save your spot in a special MHAW Yoga class taking place at 2pm on Saturday 16 May. 100% of proceeds will go to the suicide prevention charity, Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)
