How to Get the Update
- Soon, you’ll need to update the LHQ Hub App via your app store.
- As this is a major update, all users will be required to reset their password the first time they log in after updating. To do this, just tap the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the sign-in screen to set a new one.

I’ve updated the app, how do I log back in? As this is a major update, you’ll need to reset your password when you log in for the first time after updating the app. Just tap the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the sign-in screen to set a new one.
Where are my Loyalty Card stamps? Your stamps will carry over automatically if you use the same email address credentials to log back in. Please contact us at info@london-hq.co.uk if you’ve experienced any issues.
I didn’t receive a password reset email. What should I do? The password reset email will come from support@getvicinity.com. Pleas check your spam or junk folders. If an email doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes, it’s likely your email address isn’t recognised and you will need to create a new account.
I’m not sure which email I used last time? Create a new account with your preferred email address. You’ll be notified if the system recognises your details and you can log in or reset your password.
Why do I need to enter a post code? What postcode should I enter? Enter the postcode of where you live, work or study within the London Heritage Quarter area and get access to even more exclusive offers and content.
