The greening project has brought new life and positive use to a once uninviting side alley. With support of London Heritage Quarter, the length of planting has been extended, biodiverse varieties introduced and further improvements planned for the area.
The King’s Scholars’ Passage project has been delivered in partnership with The Passage, local residents and nearby businesses. This initiative is transforming an unappealing alleyway into a charming green walking route.
The judges particularly commended how the project has brought together the local community, the council and asset teams. Our huge congratulations to everyone involved and we look forward to seeing even more progress in the future.
