Nova Sundowner Sessions
Every Thursday from 5pm until 29 August, experience live music with the Nova Sundowner Sessions presented by Landsec. A variety of talented DJ’s and musicians will play summer tunes and the events are free to attend. To guarantee the best seats, book a table at one of the Nova restaurants.
National Tequila Day and World Rum Day Events at Great Scotland Yard Hotel
Great Scotland Yard Hotel are hosting 2 themed nights to celebrate National Tequila Day and World Rum Day. Both events will comprise of a tasting experience followed by regional treats. The World Rum Day Masterclass will take place on 13 July, pairing an extensive rum selection with Latin dishes and music, whilst the National Tequila Day Masterclass will showcase live Mexican music and delicacies on 24 July. ‘An evening with Ed Balls’ at The RSA
Enjoy a night with former Cabinet Minister, broadcaster and podcaster Ed Balls, hosted at the Royal Society of Arts on 22 July. Savour a delicious 3 course meal curated by chef Jose Pizarro, followed by a conversation with Ed Balls and The RSA’s CEO, Andy Haldane. Tickets are available here.
Summer of Sport
Many businesses across London Heritage Quarter are celebrating the fantastic summer of sport with live screenings of the tournaments as well as special offers. See a list of offers for the Euros here, or for Wimbledon here. Below, we’ve summarised where to watch all sporting tournaments for free this summer.
The RSA are broadcasting the Euros, Olympics, Paralympics and Wimbledon for free. With drinks and refreshments available, its the perfect place to catch all the action.
In collaboration with Boodles, Belgravia are showing free open-air live screenings in Eccleston Yards until 8 September of all the sporting action. With a wide variety of seat, food, and drink choices, this lively spot offers all of this summers sporting action.
Watch free live screenings of Wimbledon in The Garden at Cardinal Place until 14 July, presented by Landsec. Wagamama are supplying a fully stocked bar throughout the tournament, Casa do Frango are dishing out 30 free pastel de natas every lunchtime and BAM Karaoke will be handing out vouchers for a free drink and 30 minutes of free karaoke.

Harry’s Victoria is Now Open
Harry’s opened their new location earlier this month, just in time for summer. It’s a vibrant Venetian-inspired restaurant, featuring aromatic pasta dishes and an iconic toadstool dessert. New Cocktail Menu at Gin Palace
Located within Strand Palace Hotel, Gin Palace has released a new cocktail menu, inspired by stories from the site’s history. From escaped baboons to anti-slavery movements, caged tigers to crazed killers, and much more, explore the fascinating history of Strand Palace Hotel’s location through 10 new cocktails and 3 mocktails. Pride Doughnut at Crosstown
Celebrate pride with Crosstown, who have launched a coconut and passion fruit donut to celebrate pride, curated by chef, author and TV presenter, John Whaite. 50p from every sale of the donut will go to the charity, Akt, who aim to protect LGBTQIA+ youth who are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing it. As well as this, they have just released their summer menu, featuring tantalising new specials from around the world, like the mumbo chicken burger, inspired by Washington DC. Choir Concert at The King’s Chapel of The Savoy
Experience the summer concert on 14 July. Tickets are available on the door, or in advance from the chapel steward, for what it is sure to be a serene and peaceful evening. Adult tickets are £20, and under 18’s and students go free.

Eccleston Street Public Realm Improvements
Share your thoughts on the proposed changes to the section of Eccleston Street between Buckingham Palace Road and Ebury Street. These proposals build on successful elements of the outdoor dining and increased greening that were introduced to Eccleston Street in 2020 on a temporary basis. The consultation will be open for responses until 9 August 2024 at midnight. Click here to complete the survey.
