A celebration of Baijiu at Little Blue Noodle Bar

Meanwhile, Little Blue Noodle Bar will celebrate Lunar New Year with a curated baijiu cocktail list.

Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as traditional Dandan noodles, Hot and Sour Prawn noodles, and Braised Beef Cheek noodles, alongside six signature Chinese baijiu cocktails.

Each cocktail is inspired by the rich traditions of China’s iconic spirit. Baijiu, a fragrant and robust distilled liquor traditionally enjoyed during festive gatherings, is associated with celebration, prosperity, and joyful toasts, making it a perfect complement to the season.

The menu includes two cocktails crafted with Moutai Prince Gold, two with Bamboo Baijiu, and two with Yellow Wine, each thoughtfully named after famous travellers, celebrating the spirit of adventure, exploration, and cultural exchange that has shaped China’s culinary and drinking heritage.

Discover the Art of Lin Fanglu

In The Tea Lounge, guests will encounter She’s Bestowed Love II, a compelling limited-time installation by renowned textile artist Lin Fanglu (Dalian, China), curated by Dr Xiaoxin Li, Curator, Asia Department, the V&A in partnership with The Peninsula Hotels Art in Resonance programme.

Composed of hand-dyed red textiles, the work evokes themes of vitality, emotion, and the eternal cycle of life.

Drawing on the textile traditions of the Bai communities in Yunnan province and honouring the women who have preserved these artisanal practices across generations, the installation reflects The Peninsula’s enduring commitment to heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary cultural expression.

She’s Bestowed Love II will be exhibited in The Tea Lounge from 3rd February – 4th March from 12pm – 2pm and 6pm – 9:30pm, every day and is free to attend for all guests who wish to visit.
