Inspired by the many lives, experiences and stories that shape Cardinal Place, this sculpture celebrates diversity, connection and belonging. The design captures both individuality and the shared experiences that connect the people moving through Cardinal Place each day.

Sophia Hunter is a South West London-based illustrator whose work is inspired by inclusion, connection, and belonging. This delightfully decorated lion captures just some of the many diverse and inspiring highlights of our wonderful Victoria community.
Pride in the Quarter celebrates community and culture with a free public art trail in London. From June to August, find 17 artist-designed lions and lionesses near iconic landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Big Ben.
Inspired by the Three Lions emblem and this summer’s World Cup, the trail celebrates English football history alongside the people, places and cultural stories shaping modern Britain.
Look up along Strand and Victoria Street to discover street flags reflecting the local voices, pride and diversity that shape our neighbourhood
