L&O have been the asset manager and developer of The Buckingham Green Estate since 1994 and have seen it emerge as a hugely successful mixed use development in the heart of Victoria St James’s.
Phase II of Buckingham Green is taking shape with the inclusion of an additional 200,000 sqft of commercial space via Windsor & Christchurch House, two Richard Seifert and Partners designed buildings, now ready for complete repositioning. Also, alongside the Pride in the Quarter Campaign for the World Cup we will be running a series of other summer events to further enhance this wonderful pocket of SW1.

Pride in the Quarter celebrates community and culture with a free public art trail in London. From June to August, find 17 artist-designed lions and lionesses near iconic landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Big Ben.
Inspired by the Three Lions emblem and this summer’s World Cup, the trail celebrates English football history alongside the people, places and cultural stories shaping modern Britain.
Look up along Strand and Victoria Street to discover street flags reflecting the local voices, pride and diversity that shape our neighbourhood
