Feel better, one hug at a time.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, the London Heritage Quarter invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the simple power of human connection through our Hug Bubbles.

We all have days when things feel overwhelming, and sometimes, all it takes is a hug to make things just a little bit better. Science backs this up too: hugging can increase levels of serotonin, the “feel-good” hormone, helping to lift our mood, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm and belonging. It’s a small gesture that can have a big impact.

To help spread a little more warmth, for every hug our Hug Bubbles receive, £1 will be donated to the Cardinal Hume Centre – a charity supporting people facing poverty and homelessness.

Come find a moment of joy, connection and comfort. Because sometimes, a hug is just what the heart needs. If you are not in the mood for a hug, but still want to help? Please donate directly to Cardinal Hume Centre here.
