Emilia’s Unveils Bold New Flagship – Opening in Victoria This Summer 2025!

The new location will offer all of Emilia’s signature pasta dishes, freshly made every morning at each of their restaurants, with 100% natural ingredients. Victoria joins Emilia’s growing collection of restaurants across London, following their first opening in St. Katharine Docks (2016), and the following ones in Aldgate (2019), Canary Wharf (2022) and Baker Street (2024). Emilia’s newest gem will be located just a stone’s throw away from Victoria Station, the Houses of Parliament and St. James’s Park.

 

Emilia’s Victoria, will seat 100 diners in total: 70 inside across two floors and 30 in a charming al fresco setting. Stepping into the new restaurant, guests will experience an intimate yet lively ambiance, reflectingthe vibrant energy of the surrounding area. The design takes inspiration from early 20th century Italian station’s cafes and bistros, paying homage to its close vicinity to one of London busiest stations!

 

True to Emilia’s ethos, the new restaurant will have its distinctive character. Warm, earthy-toned materials including terracotta, venetian plaster, deep oak tones and marble, will create an elegant yet rustic feel. Murano glass chandeliers and terrazzo wall details will blend contemporary and vintage aesthetics for a unique, inviting space. As with all Emilia’s locations, Victoria will feature a fully open kitchen with counter seating, bringing guests closer to the action. A mirrored-back bar inspired by early 20th century Italian design, will welcome all diners. Moreover, a custom-made pasta making station, visible from the outside, will offer a captivating view of the pasta being made.

 

The Victoria menu will offer all Emilia’s signature pasta dishes, based on an ethos of freshness and simplicity. Their famous pasta dishes will be the stars of the show. Guests will be able to tuck into the most-loved recipes including Emilia’s signature Casarecce Truffled Cacio e pepe and the hearty minimum 4-hour slow-cooked Pappardelle Béchamel Bolognese amongst others. Vegans & vegetarians will also have delicious, freshly made options to enjoy. 

 

Emilia’s Victoria will be opening in Summer 2025, with the soft launch date to be announced closer to the time. The new opening follows off the back of Emilia’s pasta retail products launch in Q4 2024.
