Emilia’s Crafted Pasta is excited to unveil their 5th new restaurant opening 28th July in Victoria, just a stone’s throw away from Victoria Station, Westminster and the Houses of Parliament.

The new Emilia’s flagship restaurant, their biggest and boldest project yet, boasts around 100 seats in total, 70 internally across two floors and 30 in a charming al fresco setting, right in the vibrant heart of Victoria.
The space has been designed to offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a bar inspired by early 20th century Italian design and earthy toned materials. Guests will be able to enjoy their beloved soul-warming pasta in a unique, sophisticated ambiance with large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the buzzing Victoria Street, a wide chef’s counter seating area offering a spectacular view on the kitchen and banquette seating for more intimate dining.

The Victoria menu will offer all Emilia’s signature pasta dishes, rooted in an ethos of freshness and simplicity. Highlights include Emilia’s signature Casarecce Truffled Cacio e pepe and the hearty minimum 4-hour slow-cooked Béchamel Bolognese (Pappardelle). Vegan and vegetarian options will also be available, all prepared using only natural ingredients.
As in every Emilia’s restaurant, all pasta shapes will be freshly made and slow-dried every morning in the custom-made pasta making station, with 100% natural ingredients. The large corner windows will offer a captivating view of the pasta making process to both those enjoying themselves inside and the passersby outside the building.
Victoria is Emilia’s 5th and biggest restaurant since the brand was founded by the young entrepreneur Andrew Macleod, who began his pasta journey 9 years ago in East London. This flagship marks a major milestone for the pasta brand, making Emilia’s the UK’s first 5-site pasta restaurant group.
