From installing a rain garden at the front of John Lewis’ former head office on Victoria Street in 2015, to implementing an advanced drainage system at Christchurch Gardens in 2020 to cater for increased levels of rainfall in the years ahead, to being active proponents of using green infrastructure to reduce the impact of surface water flooding, we’ve been thinking about and making better use of rainwater with our partners for some time.
Westminster City Council is now consulting on its Local Flood Risk Management Strategy, which it does every six years. The consultation document follows a public engagement survey it ran last year. To find out more, visit the consultation website.
