Camino tapas and restaurant group are very excited by the prospect of opening up in Victoria.
The site, designed by award-winning Barcelona architect Lázaro Rosa Violán for the previous occupants, is simply stunning and along with the bar downstairs has been brought up to date and reinvigorated with a more informal tone and warmer colours.
Food from Basque executive chef Nacho del Campo will be a mix of classics and seasonal specials (such as roasted aubergine with ajo blanco sauce, mandarin zest and sugar cane molasses or 5 hour braised ox cheek with Jerusalem artichoke purée) – all high quality delicious tapas from across Spain and superb dishes from the charcoal grill.
The ground floor bar, which spills out onto a large parasol covered terrace, will feature an express lunch for £15 and happy hour from 5 till 8pm every day.
There is a soft launch planned starting on Monday 24 March until Wednesday 26 March where food will be charged at 50% whilst things settle in and to allow us welcome new guests to our doors. Visit their website to make a booking.
