CORE THEMES:
Community Safety & Business Resilience
The Community Safety and Business Resilience programme brings businesses and police services together to ensure best practices.
We have established a range of initiatives in response to business requirements, working with the police, local authority and other key stakeholders to provide free training opportunities to members, disseminate important information to our community via our Emergency Notification System and reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
CURRENT PROJECTS

Evening and Night Time Economy
The Quarter’s thriving night-time economy plays a vital role in the area’s vibrancy, offering a dynamic mix of hospitality, entertainment, and cultural experiences. As the heart of the capital, we are committed to ensuring everyone can enjoy the area after dark in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

Emergency Response Equipment
The London Heritage Quarter is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of visitors and staff by strategically placing emergency response equipment throughout the area.

Sentry-SIS
SentrySIS is a secure GDPR compliant platform that enables London Heritage Quarter members to work together to share information about crime, anti-social behaviour and offenders who operate across the footprint.

Patrol Teams
Our on-street security team are out in the BID areas 7 days a week from first thing in the morning to late at night. They’re tasked with preventing crime and anti-social behaviour, and providing welfare support to vulnerable members of the public.

Emergency Notification System
The London Heritage Quarter Emergency Notification System is an incident alerting messaging system that allows us to share important information via email and via the mobile app with local businesses and staff.
