The Community Safety and Business Resilience programme brings businesses and police services together to ensure best practices.
We have established a range of initiatives in response to business requirements, working with the police, local authority and other key stakeholders to provide free training opportunities to members, disseminate important information to our community via our Emergency Notification System and reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.

London Heritage Quarter has launched SentrySIS, a secure GDPR compliant platform that enables London Heritage Quarter members to work together to share information about crime,
Patrol Teams
Our on-street security team are out in the BID areas 7 days a week from first thing in the morning to late at night. They’re tasked with preventing crime and anti-social behaviour, and providing welfare support to vulnerable members of the public.
Emergency Notification System
The Northbank BID and Victoria BID Emergency Notification Systems are incident alerting messaging systems that allows us to share important information via email, SMS and mobile app with local businesses and staff.
