The restaurant is split over two floors, blending Scandinavian elegance and Japanese minimalism, with long, airy curtains allowing guests to feel wrapped up in their own intimate bubbles.
The menu combines a mix of classic and creative sushi and grilled sticks, so for those less keen on fish there is a variety of meat and vegetable skewers – all made fresh to order, along with colourful salads, delicate bites and vegan dishes. To drink, choose from a carefully curated list of wines, sake, Japanese-inspired cocktails and speciality teas.
